Clarke has done live broadcasts for both XM and Sirius that featured Kris Kristofferson, Hank Williams Jr., Little Steven, Don Was, Tony Joe White and Kim Wilson, Ray Herndon and Jesse Colter.
Clarke and writing partner Kevin Stoller won an Emmy for their work on the PBS special, "Wildflowers." In addition Clarke has been involved with projects for HBO, CBS and NBC and also received a BMI award for his work on Burt Reynolds' series Evening Shade. He also produced and recorded "Studio Z", a long running live music show for KZON radio. Several Rigsby recordings have been nominated for Grammy, and W. C. Handy (now, the BMA) awards.
Although proud of these projects, Clarke is more likely to cite his friendship and admiration for those committed to music and musicians who have passed through Tempest's microphones as the more meaningful. These include Todd Chuba, Mike Florio, Joey DeFrancesco, Steve Gadd, Sam Pilafian, Pete Jolly, Jim Hudson, Joe Alessi, Joe Chambers, Phil Strange, Emilio Castillo, Armand Boatman, Lucus Pino, Fred Forney, Chuck Marohnic, Mike Kocour, Dom Moio, David Garibaldi, Tom Booth, Barb Catlin, Joe Corral, Jerry Riopelle, Eric Rombach-Kendall, Jerry Donato, Kim Scharnberg, Bob Freedman, Dwight Killian, Dan Tomlinson, John Dixon, Mario Mendivil, Lewis Nash, James Moody, Bob Spring, Joe Diorio, Tim Russell, Ronnie Cuber, Frank Vignola, Billy Abdo, Gordy Deems, George Coleman, Joe LaBarbera, Lee Oskar, Gary Hill, Catalin Rotaru, Paul Bollenback, Joe Wytko, Caio Pagano, Tim McAllister, J.
